Award Categories

• First three ladies (any age)
• First three men (any age)
• First Lady in each category of LV35, LV45 & LV55
• First Man in each category of MV40, MV50 & MV60

Each person can only win one award. If a first veteran lady or man is also in the first three overall, they will receive the 'any age' award and the veteran award will go to the first person not in first three overall.

Additional races

In addition to the main 'Almost 10k' race, there will be shorter races for younger participants. There will be a one mile 'Stinger' race for ages 11 to 15 and races around the field for the under 10's. These races can be entered on the day.
