Running a race for charity

News

You may have noticed that we are now getting regular coverage in the Echo Thursday sports page - this is down to the regular trawling through race results every Monday morning and attempts at compiling a suitable story. It's difficult to report on races where we are not in attendance or not necessarily aware of what's happening in your sector of the race, so we would love to hear from you. Please tell us about your experiences, results, personal best times achieved, worst nightmare races etc by emailing almostathletes@hotmail.com - if you don't tell us about it, we can't report it!. We can't guarantee that all information supplied will go in as the Echo have full editorial control, but we will do our best. We are also always looking for news and race reports for the race reviews page.
